A RIN allows you to appear virtually for a notarization while physically signing your document with ink. The session is recorded, and the original signed documents are sent to the notary for completion.

Momanyi only completes acknowledgments via RIN. Jurats, oaths, affirmations, and last wills/testaments must be completed in person.

Yes. All sessions are automatically recorded and securely stored for seven (7) years in compliance with Alabama law.

You can upload your documents during booking or in the meeting notes section before your session.

Yes. We offer remote printing based on page count. This service can be booked and paid for online.

Yes. Notarized documents can be shipped for a flat rate. Shipping may be selected as a separate service.

Bookings are scheduled via our Schedule Service page. Availability reflects our synced calendar in real time.

Payment is required at the time of booking. Services are not confirmed without payment.

Yes. A digital receipt is emailed immediately after your booking is confirmed.

Yes. Refunds are only granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. You can reschedule during the booking window by clicking the Reschedule button found within your meeting invite. After the window closes, you will need to book a new service.

No. All meetings are held on Microsoft Teams. You can join directly from your browser or the Teams app.

Yes. You can join your session from any desktop, tablet, or mobile device.

Recordings are a legal requirement for RIN sessions in Alabama. They ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
